Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Halovivic! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of some of our products, we currently do not accept returns for a refund after the order has been shipped and delivered.
This policy applies to all product categories
Exceptions:
We understand that situations may arise where an exchange is necessary. We will gladly exchange your item for an identical replacement if:
- The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- You receive an incorrect item.
Exchange Process:
If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected]
Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return the item for exchange.
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
- Halovivic is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products or wearables. We cannot accept returns of partially used consumable products.
